I'd be gothic (borderline... I refuse to paint my nails black.... or any other color for that matter), but my school's dress code is quite... obnoxious, that way. No trenchcoats for Dun. Snrk.
So, I'm a punk. Who doesn't skateboard. Yeh...

I'm a goth!!!! And a Christian and a Sith Master. MUahaha! Punk rock is awesome. I'm not always aloud to wear black all the time though...But I always have some thing black on...even if it is my unmentionalbles.
Erik: I told you not to mention those.
Warious: no more M*A*S*H for you.
Erik could be considered goth too if he weren't so stubborn about not being referd to as one. Poo on you.
Erik: No, these are clean clothes.
Warious: *sigh* See how he is?
Erik: I hope they don't. My mask is on.

*confused* Erik and Warious and Elphaba...you related? You kinda have to define Goth. I wear black, and would wear a trenchcoat if i had one, and seek to secure one, but some people see Goth as a way of clothing and a way of life, therefore making it and Christianity a no-no combination. It doens't have to be like such. I would never paint my nails black, or wear black lipstick. Yuck. And black doesn't always necessarily reflect my mood either...it's just dramatic. And what does wearing lime green say about mood?

Yeah. No lipstick.... (I just tried to spell that libstick...hmm...) I get to dye my hair again! SUMMERS HEEEEEEEEEREEEEE!!!!! Woo... Burgundy. Yeah me! I don't want a black trenchcoat... I want a khaki one. But they're even harder to find than black ones.

I saw a trench-coated cowboy the other day at the rodeo! A black trench coat and a cowboy hat is one of the most awesome combinations!
I love painting my nails black, but I haven't done it in a while because the nail polish always just chips off. I usually paint skull crossbones on my nails too if I have time.
I like wearing dark colors, but not necessarily black... I love dragon T-Shirts, but I also love Purple and so there is usually a lot of purple and dark colors in my closet.
I'm not Goth, per say, though I do enjoy gothic type things such as the nightmare before christmas. Invader Zim, and and pretty much the whole Hot Topic store. *hugs store*
My dad has trench coats all over the place. He probably has two or three of them for work. I've tried to take them, but alas, I've been unsuccessful :-) I wanted to get one, but not one with chains and stuff on it. I want like an FBI type one, the cool ones, ya know? Lol, my dad wears his long black jacket to church when we go on the holidays. lol, I used to always ask him why he would dress like that to go to church. I thought he was on like a secret mission or something like that. hehehe...that was back in my X-File days....
So in short, no I don't classify myself as the Goth type. I'm just...in a class of my own.

Ooh... The newbie is going to make a post! Sorry, this just kind of caught my attention... Hi, everyone. Anyway, I'm not necessarily goth, but I look the part and get called goth quite frequently. I have naturally black hair and very pale skin which is an odd combination here in redneck country where everyone is blonde and tan. Plus my entire wardrobe is mostly black or red... And maybe I obsess over vampires a little too much... But yeah, I'm a Christian as well, and I don't have the whole "I hate every aspect of life, and everyone should die" attitude.

Welcome Kaiya. Why do you like vampires though? THey suck blood like mosquitoes. I hate mosquitoes. I live up in the 'armpit of America'...or so I was just told...

i think I'm more punk then goth... but then again it depends on my mood... or how people see me... (not clothes btw) like a person...
i wear black sjkater shoes... (though i dont skate... wish i could learn, but dont and cant-- my knees are like arthritic er something like it...) and i have a multitude of black pants ... and an even larger multitude of black and red shirts... my pants have zippers and chains... does that make em goth? dont know...
people who dont know me i would call me goth at times... and when I'm depressed enough some of my friends will... but generally speaking i have lots of lighter wear that would cancell out the goth clothes and I'm random and hyper enough to cancell out the goth persomnality... so most of my closer friends refer to me as punk...
i dont know... this caught my attention because ive wondered myself what i'd be clasified...
BTW: wOOt for the christians! as i am one as well!

Thanks, mate. Vampires are beautiful... I suppose I have a fascination with the angst and mystery. With so many different styles of vampires scattered throughout both history and fantasy, there are several intriguing possibilities to explore such as blood bonds or being forced to live off of the species that you once belonged to. Plus I enjoy seeing a creature that can kill off humans as quickly as we kill off mosquitoes. Mankind has grown too arrogant at the top of the food chain. Just think how life would be if we were the prey... Ok. I'm done rambling now... I think.

ah vampires... i both like them and hate them depending on how they're portyayed. some people describe them in ways in which they are cool people woth liking, but others give them nasty personalities and greusome appearances... which i personally deteste

I agree with what Kaiya said. I think thoughy, I am more prone to liking werewolves though, and not just because they live in my backyard ;-)
