Felt like starting another thread-- so what makes you a "romantic" person? TALK AWAY... mwhahahahahHAHAHAHAHAHA!
Say... which one of my GMods had the courage to actually MAKE a new board?

Ooo. OOO!! (waves hand frantically) ME!! Your favourite GMod...remember? Heehee.
And you, dear Padawan, had the courage to accept the fact that you are, indeed, a hopeless romantic, just like the rest of us...even if you didn't want to admit it at first.
Ah, yes, the yearning spirit of adventure, idealism, and all that senseless rot. Too bad that's what my brain's full of, so I guess I'll have to live with it, right?
Well, a hopeless romantic doesn't have to be senseless. They merely have to learn to use their talents and ideas within set parameters. It's a process...one I'm still going through...and sometimes I actually have to struggle around the rather irritating sensibility, especially when I'm writing fiction. It's a hindrance then, to be sure...but it's not when one's buying groceries. Have to be able to switch back and forth again and again...so one really has to like being hopelessly romantic in order for it to work.
Lucky me.
(faints dramatically in exhaustion)

that makes sense...i think. *confused* a lot of "romantisism" to me is about seeing possibilities of fantasy in the real world...about having an overactive, infriging-on-reality imaginatain.

The hobbit above me has exactly the right idea.
Heh heh. Hopeless romantics are largely considered (by the more sensible people) as far-out or something...but Lucas was and still is an idealist, and see what happened...

Ooo. OOO!! (waves hand frantically) ME!! Your favourite GMod...remember? Heehee. Favorite... G-Mod? I don't think so. *menacing grin* I don't think so. It's about time you got to see what it was like from my POV... And you, my dear Master, need to stop BUGGING me so much just because you're my Master. STOP RUBBING THINGS IN! I'm not hopeless, nor am I much of a romantic, save in the sense that adventure, and such makes a lot of dreams. I may have courage to admit such things, but only because I hide behind an alias-- which none of us here have the courage to release. I may be idealistic-- but if I wasn't this site wouldn't exist. So STOP BUGGING ME! I'm in a bad mood. Bug me in about a week and it'll be safe. Snicker. Bug me in a week, and I'll probably set Jandalf back as a G-Mod too. Sigh.

Wow. You know, I didn't expect this admin thing at all. But it seems to be a precarious position... I WARNED you not to take me seriously all the time. I did. A lot, if I remember correctly. Besides, that last quote you took of me was supposed to be a compliment. Oh, well. I'll try to stop, okay? Thanks for setting me as admin, by the way. You didn't have to, but I appreciate it. (hugs)

*grumbles* Well, you don't need to go all Galadriel on me now.
*sighs* Who am I kidding?
Yeah, I know, the admin.
*hugs back*
EDIT: Your weakness is that you don't take me seriously ever, Master. Mine is that I take everyone seriously. Especially when on serious PMS moods. Aka... now.

Huh? Galadriel?
And yeah, I think the subject's cleared up now. Heh. Time to go all hopelessly romantic again.

Undeniably hopelessly romantic. Just look at his yearning expression... ...Mmm, yeah, crappy pic, I know. But it was the only one I could find of him facing the sunset, oddly enough. Heh. LUKIE!!!!

*shriek* EXACTLY!!!!
Reality is stifling. I sometimes begin to wonder if my romanticness will never pay off, that no matter how many sunsets I watch I'll never get off this rock! GRRR! I hateses waiting...

I haven't been on here in... I forgot when. But Iam a hopeless romantic because I love my husband. We are both very romantic. We have a love for vampires and we like to sire each other on occasion. (note no blood was used, we still are not that bad.) Iam so lucky to have him. I won't have anyone else. [glow=red,2,300]I LOVE MY HUSBAND [/glow]

(jaw drops open) Wow! I haven't seen you, in, like, YEARS!!
(applause) Yay for people who love their husbands! I lack a reallife boyfriend or husband, but some of my RP characters are married/have boyfriends...

*also bounces and falls over* I have been imaginative lately. Last week I went Indiana Jones for a couple days because I had a fedora and lots of brown clothing...but i still have no common sense. "Need help, Indiana?" Srnk. My mom was helping with that. Then,w e ran out of water in the house and I had to lug buckets up from the pool to the bathroom...thus was born the infamous Water Pirate of the Dune Sea, getting her stache Tucken-proof and cackling all the way to the geat annoyance of the rest of the familiy who were not awake.
