"I wanted to find out who was causing this and why..." Yakhana looked down, a saddened look on her face. 'Rhian is right. You're pathetic Yakhana. You can't even face a few Jedi without thinking about your father.' She looked back up back to Rhian. "If you go in, i'll follow."

Rhian took a deep breath and said, "Ok then." She walked in, her stride confidant, toward the Jedi. There was something bothering Yakhana, she could tell, but Yakhana wanted to become a Jedi, and this was the first step. She thought. Finding Jedi was the first step, right? It should be if it wasn't, she reflected.

"Yes, later." Eisley removed her fingers from his hand, wincing not only at his firm grip but also at the vision that had rushed her from Xaria. The healer took over and she backed away a pace.
"You've stopped the bleeding however we need to remove the .... thing inside. We'll take him to the Med unit now." She nodded and patted her friends uninjured shoulder. "I will come see you when they will allow it Kenobi."
The turbo lift was becoming increasingly crowded. Eisley took her Padawan by the arm and led her out into the hall. "What was that? You did not tell me you've been seeing visions. What is wrong?" Her voice was stern but really she was concerned for the young Zabrak. It had looked as if she had been in pain

Xaria shook her head to clear it. " I havn't been seeing visions. But I just did. Something...." She swayed a little, feeling as if dizzied. "There's more wrong than attack and confusion and Kenobi's relatives. But I don't know what." She had to summon sense. "I'm ready. Where to, Master?" Maybe one of the others had sensed something too...she glanced over at Obi-Wan, trusting him and Eisley to know her question.

Oh, Force, I killed GL, Lania thought and passed out. Her head smacked against the floor...solidly... thud. Ow.

Eisley hesitated for a moment, her hand still half supporting the younger girl. "Maybe we should find out about this girl that attacked Master Kenobi. She shouldn't be too hard to find considering his description of her." She studied Xaria, concern twisting her usually emotionless features. She leaned closer to her Padawan "We will talk later about what you felt. I'm worried about you."

Rhian walked up to the cluster of Jedi and drew a deep breath, deciding that the only way to do this was do it straight out and get it over with. "Jedi," Was it Jedis? Rhian didn't think so. She had never heard of a group of Jedi being called Jedis. "My name is Rhian Desh, and me and my companion have come to offer our assistance with your Ewok problem."

Up until this point, Channi had been unaware that Ewoks had been the cause of Obi-Wan's attempted abduction. "Ewoks?" Actually, that made sense with what she had seen in her vision of Kenobi's kidnapping. Ewoks though, they had never been known to travel off-planet with the specific purpose of kidnapping Jedi. In fact, Channi didn't think she'd ever seen an Ewok off-planet, but maybe this was something that happened more often than she knew.

Yakhana followed Rhian and stood next to her. "There is a possibility that Ewoks have joined the Sith Empire. When they helped us on Endor it may have been a fake alliance to gain our trust just to stab us in the back. But for sure, I do not know. You will need all the help you can get though. I tried to come earlier, but the Ewoks are clever. They nearly left me for dead. I do not wish to kill just for the revenge, since of course they did not kill me. I only want them back where they belong."

Cluge took another path to the medical ward. "Master Obi-Wan's my Father? Why now do I sense it?" He arrived in the medical bay and awaited the arrival of his father. "What are you going to say? 'Hi, I'm your son who you never knew you had and now I fell to the dark, then had doubts so I am now nothing more than a greysider?' This is going to be FUN."

Outside the entrance to the Jedi Temple, a silver Nubian yacht landed in an open hangar. The ramp lowered with a hiss, and a young woman in a black jumpsuit walked down. The woman was called Jaden Klier. She walked towards the entrance, and waited for the supposed welcome committee that was supposed to greet her and take her to the Jedi Council where she was to be briefed on the current status at the Temple. She waited for a long while, and was growing more impatient as the minutes wore on. Suddenly, Jaden sensed another presence behind her, and she whirled around, her blue lightsaber flashing into her hands, activated and ready to be used.

Yakhana looked back behind her. She felt a new lifeform enter the building. How interesting. This just keeps getting better and better! "Please excuse me." With her hand on one blade she made her way back to the Temples entrance. Soon a blue lightsaber flashed before her face. "Come inside quick. Before they find we're out here. I'm Yakhana Skie, there are others inside. We're currently dealing with a problem. Ewoks are planning, I'm guessing to take over the Temple." Yakhana turned around to walk back inside, hoping that this Jedi would follow.

((Sacred bovine. Now I'm the one who can't keep up...))
Obi-Wan sensed that the past that had come back to haunt him was suddenly unconscious; he laid limp, feeling dizzy from his blood loss as the healer moved him onto a small anti-grav stretcher. Bullet... requires minor surgery. Blast. He hoped nothing was wrong with Lania. He hoped he'd be back on his feet quickly. He hoped he could figure out why the young man who had been outside the turbolift was saying "dad". And, as he was hauled off to the med wards, he really hoped Anakin wasn't getting himself into trouble again.
Taken by surprise at Lania's sudden fainting spell, Elachi picked her up off of the floor and carried her into the Temple, heading toward the medical wards before all else. What with everything that had happened, he wouldn't doubt the healers would nag him until he let himself in for a brief examination.

((I haven't played the Chosen Brat in so long...... I do hope that was a hint to do so. *snickers* Not getting into trouble indeed))
Anakin hummed quietly to himself as he carefully pulled a small bag from his pocket. No one was around to see the mischeif maker upturn it, sending small odd shaped kernels all over the freshly waxed floor. He grinned and turned to walk the other way. Whistling now

Jaden relaxed and deactivated her lightsaber, clipping it back on her belt. "Ewoks, huh?" She raised an eyebrow at the other Jedi, Yakhana Skie, who confronted her. Yakhana turned and walked towards the entrance of the Temple. Jaden followed her as they walked together through the massive doors.

Post by Cluge of the Grey on Jun 28, 2006 5:36:36 GMT -5
Cluge saw Master Obi-Wan coming in on a strecher. He sttod and walked over to him.
He's been hit with alead projectile.
Back on Tatooine, wounds like this were sadly common among Tusken Raiders. Cluge had been trained to help remove these projectiles from himself when he had accidentally shot in the leg.
"How is he?"
"He's lost a lot of blood and I can't risk an operation."
"Lemme try something, OK?"
"Ok, but I fear he might never wake up."
Cluge looked into the wound. It was not in very deep, but it was still in the internal organs. He reached out to the Force and found the intruding projectile. It was a standard shape, so it would be not hard to extract. Slowly, gently, Cluge slid the bullet out, avouding arteries and bones, until it showed itself, hovering six inches over his chest.
Cluge opened his eyes. The bullet was stained red and the medic's jaw dropped.
"I guess I could use a padawan for an intern now and then. Your hand! What happend!"
Cluge looked at his arm. It didn't hurt as much now, but it still was not an easy thing to live with.
"I'm fine. I think you should concentrate on Master Obi-Wan."
The medic nodded and went to work healing the damaged torso.

"Yup the Ewoks. Never saw that coming did we now?" Yakhana laughed. "And i'm no Jedi." She led the stranger back to the group. Or what's left of it. The medics finally got Obi-Wan out. Yakhana felt tired, exhausted, but extreamly relieved. 'Not again... what's happening to him now?' She thought. Quickly Yakhana erased any emotion left on her face. "So... anyone up to kill some Ewoks? I think I have a plan. Ready to hear it?"

((Mmkay...I'm going to assume the medic already gave Obi-Wan some anesthetic, because he would have had something to say if Cluge had walked up. Healing now proceeds.
*grins* And yes, I was thinking Anakin hadn't been around for a while. Must have gotten up to something...))
Elachi was only just rounding the corner to the med wards, still bearing Lania, when something rolled underneath his feet. Eyes widening, it took some quick, fancy footwork to keep himself upright, and more control still not to drop Lania; one of his arms shot out in an attempt to regain his balance and he finally came up against the wall. Someone's going to be feeling it, he thought as he glanced down to the floor and spotted the scattered little...whatever they were. He lightly kicked the majority of them over to the side and continued on to enter the wards, hearing a faint whistle in the distance.
A number of minutes had passed since Obi-Wan had been admitted in for healing. He now lay in one of the cots, half-lucid from the fading anesthetic but still awake enough to feel the welcome coolness of the bacta that had been reapplied to his wound.

((I have to protest, the people in the med wards would be JEDI as WELL! Heh.))
In the meantime, atop the Jedi Temple, having decided they had lost their quarry, the Ewoks began attempting to make makeshift bombs.
--------
I wish I'd paid more attention to the Star Wars trend, Ariane thought ruefully, regretting all the more that she had been cast into a horrible, horrible Mary-Sue situation, following the shadows back into the library. No one cast her a second glance, and though Gaheris seemed uncomfortable, she doubted anyone would notice him if he kept that nervousness under command.
He reeks of it!
Gritting her teeth, she pulled out of the library, snagging a robe off of the hooks as she went and tossing it on with ease. Someone was going to be lacking a robe, but seemingly all Jedi magically regrew robes after tossing them off in battle. This one couldn't be missed.
