Ayla sighed as the Ohcean led the smuggler back into the cantina. She had been worried there might be some trouble when the creature had unexpectedly jumped up and exited the cantina, obviously bent on capturing the pilot. She looked the Corellian over, trying to determine if he was dangerous. "Waht's your name?" she asked him firmly.

THX1138 rolled his eyes beneath his helmet, and looked out into the street. Ayla was in control of his job, the one he had stumbled upon. And now he was getting bored, and hungry. Lucky for him there was a small resturant right across the street. If he was quick and quiet enough, maybe he could get in unnoticed by Ayla...

The Corellian shrugged his shoulders slightly, in an attempt to release himself from the grip the hairy thing had on his shoulder. When the pressure remained, and a quick glance behind him proved that the Ohcean wasn't planning on going anywhere soon, he forced himself to relax. Being tense was a dang good way to get yourself killed.
"And if I were to tell you my name, what would you do with it? I may need to keep it," he shrugged again, this time questioningly, "You know, for future reference." The Smuggler looked back at the Ohcean nervously. "And, well, my name can't really do you any good if I happen to be dead..."

"Thank you for your..... confindence." Thy turned slightly, rolling his shoulder under with the movement, until he was facing the other. With his (he hoped) cockiest grin, he stated. "I fervently hope that I won't have to prove you wrong."
He turned back to the Jedi. "Since you haven't made any blatant move to threaten me with anything unnatural yet, and trust me, I'd know." He absently thought about his sister, and wondered where she was. "I'll tell you my name." He made a mock bow. "Kayden Thy Corianin, not quite at your service."

"Now, now, Echo, we don't want any trouble," Ayla said to the Ohcean beside her. She turned to the newcomer. "I am Jedi Master Ayla Secura, and this..." she turned to where THX should have been, and found him missing. "Darn these glitched clones!" she exclaimed. She turned back momentarily to the smuggler. "I greatly appreciate your cooperation. My clone officer and I were sent here to keep an eye on Jabba, not to deal with smugglers such as yourself. However, you have the option of helping us, if you will." She glanced around for some sign of THX, then saw him exiting the cantina and walking across the street toward a diner on the other side. She turned back to the Echo. "I have to see to my officer. Echo, do you mind coming and helping me?" she asked, not sure how he would react.

"Sure. I will be right behind you." Echo turnded to his captive. He released him and said, "I appreciate any help you can give us but if you cross me..." Echo left that sentence open to let the smuggler fill in the blank.

"Suddenly I'm the bad one.... Though I guess I was from the beginning, no?" He turned to the Jedi. "I have in the past worked for Jabba.... though they were mostly, er, unpleasant assignments, though they payed well. Most of my kind are in it just for the money. I'll have you know that I appreciate Jabba just as much as you do." He gestured abscently. "And I happen to know a few things about the Hutt that may be of use in... unusual situations."

((OOC: I just found out recently that my name is Aayla, not Ayla, so, sorry about that!))
Aayla nodded and walked out of the cantina, heading toward the clone officer's last noted projectory: the diner. She hoped she wouldn't have to draw unnecessary attention to herself in order to bring the abnormal clone back to the task at hand. She decided that perhaps now would be a good time to make herself better aquainted with their new ally. "So, Echo, you worked for Jabba?"

"Forced to would be more like it." Echo moved in closer so that cocky pilot wouldn't hear. "I was a slave, me and my sister. We tried to escape but we got caught and that slug... I'm won't say it in public," his voice breaking up with the memory of what Jabba did to his sister, Val. "He did it to teach me a lesson thinking that my older sister couldn't have thought of a way of escape. I tried to get out agian and got caught,.... I'll never forget the look on er face as she fell into his rancor pit." A small tear escaped and rooled down his furry face. "I will never be able to rest until I bring that Hutt to rights."

Aayla felt herself feeling sorry for the Ohcean. Impulsively, she raised a comforting hand to his shoulder. "You lost her? I lost my family. I don't remember them." She almost felt as if that remark was pointless, and that there was little she could do to help Echo, but she so wanted to try. She ventured a question. "Is there anything I can do?"

"No," he said shaking his head. "We better find your defective clone so we can stop that slug." Echo walked into the diner and the aroma of fresh food made him feel a little better, but the recent conversation with the Jedi Opened an old wound he wanted to go away. Coming back to realaity he scanned the diner for the clone and found him at the bar.

THX finished ordering and turned to go to a booth seat by the door, when the Ohcean walked in. Uh oh, I'm dead. He walked the other way to a booth in the back so the Ohcean wouldn't know where he went. He sat down, took of his armor, revealing the red shirt and pants he wore underneath, and stuffed his armor under the seat out of sight and waited for Aayla to come chew him out, hopeing against hope that they wouldn't see him. [OOC: I know, I'm being noughty, but "Hey, it's me!"(Han Solo ROTJ)]

Aayla looked around the bar, spotting a man in a red shirt and pants sitting at a booth in the back and trying not to look suspicious. She walked over and basked in the impression she had on him. She saw him begin to get nervous and try to sink into the booth as she approached. she smiled as she called out to the Ohcean, "Echo, over here!" She walked up to the man and suddenly the smile was gone. Fortunately for her, there was enough noise to yell and get the full effect.
"What do you think you are doing?!"
