The Potentially Sharp-Toothed, Furry, Little Shrieking Thing--as Creed's brain now hastily dubbed it--seemed upset. He cringed. That's loud.....that's loud, it's loud and I can't think that loud, and I can't-- Suddenly it was real. He truly was in a strange forest, with a furry monster and two huge, metal Flying Machines and two human hearts beating deep through the wood. Of course, that made it worse. But when things are worse, they're better, somehow. I think.
He fled as only a vampire who does not wish to fight can flee.

Suddenly, an entire herd of Ewoks bounded out from the forest-scape and attacked Creed! Though, actually, they didn't attack him. They merely surrounded him with vines and pokey sticks, encompassing the vampire in a web of greenery.
One of them approached him with a swirling disc. "Yub nuuuuub." [You are getting sleeeeepy.]
When Creed would next awake, he was tied up overtop of a fire, stuck in a very large cast-iron pot.

Rhian was surprised. "Ewoks?" From what she had heard about Ewoks, they were supposed to be cute furry things. Whatever. "My name is Rhian Desh, I'm in the Republic's army." She said it out of habit, but thinking about it, she certainly didn't look like it at the moment. "I'll acompany you."

Look...a web of greenery! It was the last thing Creed remembered thinking before...oh, this is not going to be fun. Very interesting thoughts and emotions occur to a man who knows that he is not going to die a painful death. He's going to live a very painful bit of life. None of those thoughts or emotions occurred in Creed, yet.
"Ummm...I think this may be a mistake! Um, hello?" Oh.......bother. This is going to be difficult. And besides, why am I in a pot if there's no water? A frying pan would've worked better, if that's what they meant--
He decided that this was rather beside the point. The point was...the point.......was..........what time is it?

The Evil Ewok Alchemist approached. Mostly because the narrator writing couldn't remember what they were called, the wizardy thingers, so she decided she wanted an Ewok alchemist.
"Yup nub," it declared, lowering a staff towards Creed's head.
Another Ewok grabbed Creed's arm, sliced into it, and wiped the blood off. The alchemist dude did a bunch of weird ritually stuff which needent be described, and the end result was that the staff turned into gold.
All the Ewoks cheered. It seemed vampire blood was the essential key to turning sticks into gold. What'do'ya know?!
"Yup nub!" they all cheered. [Yay! We've done it! Now we can take over the stock market and become just like Bill Gates!]
So they chopped Creed free and hugged him, after offering him a bandage for his arm.

Republic army hm? I could use a soldier to keep a watch on my back. "Very nice to meet you Rhian." Yakhana could sense it. Somthing happened to someone again. A village must not be too far away. Somone was captured. It seemed they were not alone as she thought. Noticing Rhians lightsabers Yakhana found no need to ask if she needed to go back to the ship for supplies. "Please follow me. Try to be quiet. I know these beasts. And don't insult them. I learned that the hard way." Yakhana watched the ground for twigs or anything that might make a noise. With one hand on her vibroblade Yakhana slowly yet silently made her way to the village.
Light flared up ahead. The village was close. Burning. Someone had lit a fire. Then she heard cheering. Did they kill him... or what. Yakhana looked through some brush to see them hugging what appeared to be a human. No need to jump in then... not yet...
((( Tiana first you make these things to be evil! Now you're comparing them to the modern day! This place really is insane!!! )))

Creed blinked. This. Was strange. Strange almost beyond belief. "Now, don't think I'm going to stand around bleeding for you on a regular basis!" He frowned his most gently fearsome frown. "I'm quite serious!"
And so he set out in search of the nearest non-furred heartbeat. Unfortunately, it is nearly impossible to tell simply by the sound of a heartbeat whether or not a creature is furred, and he didn't really recognize any of the pulses hereabouts. He wasn't far from the humans, it seemed. And never far from Ewoks...he'd learned to identify an Ewok heartbeat, yessirree... Cute little things...but very furry.

Rhian followed quietly, but was suddenly caught up in a vision of a young cute Jedi fighting someone in a mask and big black cloak. It was very confusing, and the Jedi said, "You cannot win, Revan!" Then all was normal again. Revan? He was a Dark Lord, and his apprentice took over his Empire and was currently fighting the Republic, right? She whispered to Yakhana. "Is the Republic winning?"

Yakhana turned away from watching. If he can hear heartbeats, then he should be able to find us. She faced Rhian. "I believe so. The Jedi are standing strong as always. You have nothing to fear. Well... except these little guys." Yakhana returned her gaze. Not tonight. She needed more rest.

Rhian gave her a puzzled look."Why should I fear a bunch of Ewoks?" They didn't look all that threatening. One good hit from a blaster would probably do it. Except you don't have a blaster, Rhian, you have two of those laser swords. That presented a problem if she wanted to fight anything, even diminuitive teddy bears.

Yakhana sighed. "I was at the Jedi Temple. Why? I don't know. But I had a bad feeling about that place. I guess they took me by suprise and a whole tribe jumped me at once. Nearly killed me. Thanks to a medbot I was carried safely to a hospital and treated. So I came here to see the origin of all this mess." Yakhana looked at Rhian. 'Maybe my blades wern't sharp enough. But Rhian here has two lightsabers. Easier for us to cut them down.' "My dear, what you are carrying are known as Lightsabers. One of the most feared and powerful weapon in this galaxy. YOU have nothing to fear from these Ewoks, but I do..." Yakhana sighed. She knew she would be too old to be trained. She would never hold one of those weapons. Yet, she would still go back to the Temple and pray she would be let in.

Rhian laughed. "I would have nothing to fear, but I don't know how to use them. I'm not a Jedi. As far as I know, I never could be." She desparately wished she knew was going on. She had this mental itch, like there was something vital she was forgetting. "I just found myself on that ship with these things." She flicked one of the lightsabers and returned to the more pressing subject. "I've never known Ewoks to behave so violently. It is really something to be investigating."

"Yes... scary isn't it?" Yakhana was amazed. Rhian held not just one, but two lightsabers and did not know how to wield them. Only Jedi or Sith carry those. A mild anger swept through her. 'I deserve one of those. I could kill anyone... anything.' Yakhana looked towards the Ewoks. A pain then swept through Yakhana. A burning sensation in her side. She gave out a loud gasp and prayed the Ewoks didn't hear her. Falling. And soon it was gone. Faded away. 'What is this... What is going on... WHAT IS CAUSING THIS' Yakhana nearly screamed that out, it took most of her energy just to keep her mouth shut. 'Why me...' Her eyes closed while darkness seeped in. Yakhana fell into unconsciousness.

Rhian was most alarmed by Yakhana's sudden collapse. She quickly scooped her up and flung her over her shoulder and started running, hoping that the Ewoks did not notice. Either way, it was better that they go, seeing as there was no reason to stay. As soon as they were a safe distance away, and in a little clearing, she tried to wake Yakhana.

Jolting up Yakhana whispered someone's name. Even her ears could not trace the name. 'Bond... me? Why?' She looked to her side, tears in her eyes. "I feel this pain. It's connected to something... someone. I don't know who. But from that measure... almost death. I do not bleed or anything. But the pain is there. I don't know why. I think the answer lies withing the Temple. I am too old to seek out the answer though i'm afraid." Yakhana looked at her surroundings. 'Rhian must have carried me here. Why?' "You brought me here didn't you? You trust me that much? You could have just let the Ewoks find me... I thank you and I owe you my life for saving mine. Anyways... These lightsabers that you hold... you're answers may be found at the Jedi Temple on Coruscant. If your ship is badly damaged. We can take mine. If you wish to stay here, be my guest. It's up to you." Yakhana stood. At least she was able to stand. Twigs snapped, hows and cries could be herd. "They're coming. Run. My ship isn't further ahead." Yakhana quickly took to action, trying to make haste and stay quiet.

Since time was short, Rhian made a quick desicion. "I'm coming." She really wished she had a blaster, to randomly shoot into the forest behind her. She desperately wanted answers, and the Jedi, what she'd heard of them, they seemed to know quite alot.

Only a few meters away now. "T-416, T-417 Start the ship! Start it now! We're getting off of this moon! Go! ASAP! Move it!" The Ewoks were coming. Faster, through the trees. Yakhana grabbed Rhian, pulling her towards the ship. Little spears littered the ground behind them. Rushing inside Yakhana pushed the switch and closed the garage door behind them. Panting Yakhana fell to her knees. "Damn them..."She shook her head. "Feel free to go anywhere in the ship. Trust the droids. They'll get us to Coruscant. I have my quarters. The door will be unlocked. If you need anything. Just knock. More than likely i'll be awake." Yakhana stood back up, walked towards a corner and went into her room. 'Please...' Yakhana begged inside her mind. ' Don't let her betray my trust...'

Rhian felt quite a rush. It had been a while since she had been involved in anything this exciting. She went to the cockpit, watching the droids pilot the ship. Then she went to find Yakhana. When she found her, she briefly knocked and asked, "Why did you go to the Temple originally?"

Yakhana got up, opened the door. "Come in." Yakhana looked around trying to find an answer writen on the walls of the ship. "I... really don't know. My past is an itchy thing though. My father was a Sith Maurader. My mother was basically a slave in the backwater cantina in Coruscant. So I have some connection with the Force. Not much, since my father was a Sith and was killed I was not trained. Every morning I awoke looking at the Temple. I've always dreamed that I would become something my father was not. But they did not find me, and I was not trained. I just feel like I should belong there and it's my duty to protect them from the outside. Why? I don't know. Why am I going now? I must find out who i'm connected with and why. It's plauged me for a long time. I plan to solve this mystery. You own mystery might be solved as well. Once we get there."

Unfortunately for Creed, Ewoks didn't understand Basic. A hoarde of them followed after him. A few wondered to themselves, if vampire blood turned things into gold, what would werewolf blood do?! It was a quest they had to figure out.
"Yub yub!" [And what about Jedi blood?]
"Nub." [Nah, we've already tried that.]
"Yub nub yup?" [Oh. Right. The Jedi was the one we served with gravy?]
"Uttini!"
"...?" [Why the hell are you speaking Jawa?!]
