Yessss...so many words to share.
To tell it so I waited outside for the rain and it came but it found my ground only too late and shook its coat anyway and it all feels Ecclesiastes
Koheleth I believed in you and I believe in you still I won't move, I'll wait on my reliable I'll rest in my Koheleth until I die
And when some look within It weighs them down It takes them down to the ground and lower still, but here I know and I always will
Koheleth I waited for you even when you were here reached after you when you passed by Only you know Only you can make it feel like life
because here I know This is the only place in all the world where I can see heaven That is, until I'm there Until I'm there
Koheleth keeps boiling me away Even the soul lies while the spirit keeps fast The stars make the night my friend and I'll rest in my Koheleth until I die

I would not be able to post most of mine... They are a little... depressing. Actually quite triggering.... for things. I might just make a thread just for my poetry... I hope double posting would be alright. ^_^;;;;

Here's the one I've been working on.
I wonder as I wander Beneath the starry sky About what must lie yonder Beyond my mortal eye
Perhaps another being Lives on a distant world And looks at the stars gleaming Bright gems by night unfurled
And maybe as he gazes Upon that starry sky He thinks on other places And feels the same as I

I heard a question as I perused the thread. What means Koheleth?
Ecclesiastes. It's a Hebrew term, you see, one quite useful.

Of course I will! What sort of poetry do you write?
A decent size slice, please, if you wouldn't mind! I wouldn't mind a glass of milk, if you have it. Nothing goes better with delectable chocolate cake than a tall glass of milk. (Besides, I'm not too partial to eiterh tea or coffee). Thank you.

Nice. I'd like to read you Star Wars stuff when you're done, if I can. I'm on AP as well - search 'erdae'. Not all of it is good, but it's kinda fun. Reviews are most welcome.

I have some poems... about star wars. You can read those. Or any that have won trophies. But my stories aren't done. I doubt they will ever be done haha.

Haha. I might be posting more here soon. But no one is reading them so I dunno. I may I may not. Poetry really isn't my forte anymore.

It's hard to get people to read and review on a site like this - there's so much else going on that that takes the burner furthest back. Maybe we should create a poetry board.... that might help a bit.
It's not my forte either, but it's a good way to get a creative jumpstart sometimes.
