NaOH. I stick with my earlier assumption...
...though, since I'm terrible at Chemistry, it's probably not NaOH. I don't think the electronegativity of sodium hydroxide is quite... anything, for a.... anything of this magnitude... leastways, sodium's isn't. Neither is hydrogen's.. oxygen, maybe................
