Hair: Kay has shoulder-length curly black hair with dark purple highlights.

Eyes: Intense warm brown eyes

Homeworld: Corellia

Alignment: Neutral

Clothing: Kay usually wears khaki pants with a dark, dark, dark green tunic and a brown leather belt. She also has brown boots and a Jedi-looking cloak that she wears sometimes.

Weapon: She uses a double-bladed vibrosword.

Force: Non-Force User

Inventory: Nothing, except her sword.

Posessions: One small one-seater ship that resembles an X-Wing. It's called Moonlight.

Personality: Kay is extremely outgoing, and she is a smuggler. She's mostly nice, just don't rub her the wrong way.

Skills: She can decapitate just about anything within two seconds.

Weaknesses: Kay tends to be hot-headed sometimes, and she can lash out at anyone if she gets extremely angry.

Name: Halia Talla (OCC- Why does that last name sound familiar?)
Nickname: Hal, Hallie
Gender: Female
Homeworld: Corellia

Species: Human
Class: not Force-sensitive, reporter for The Chronicle.

Appearance: Long, straight brown hair, usually worn pulled back into multiple small buns. Brown eyes. 5’8” tall. Thin and agile, although not incredibly muscular.

Clothes: Has a wardrobe for any occasion back home, but is currently clothed in a dark red linen shirt and brown pants, belted at waist. Carries a largish khaki-colored backpack. Utilitarian clothes, meant for travel.

Weapons: She’s technically supposed to be unarmed except for a stun gun (and then only in times of possible danger), but she sometimes carries a small blaster.

Possessions: Khaki-colored bag contains all of her extra stuff. She carries a word-processing unit and her image-capturing device. Owns many data disks, some carrying reference files of previous stories (never travels without them) and others containing copies of the Intergalactic Federation of Journalists’ (IFJ) official rights and rules (which she doesn’t always follow). Also carries an ID card declaring her a member of the aforementioned IFJ.

Abilities: Knows how and where to find information. Able to blend in or stand out in a crowd. Can manipulate people to get just about anywhere she wants. Mediocre hand-to-hand fighter; knows some basic “stun-and-run” self-defense moves, but nothing particularly fatal. Thinks well on her feet.

Personality: (strengths/weaknesses, likes/dislikes) Halia can be rather forceful when she wants information. Very determined in whatever she does, strongly believes in human rights and in informing the public of what’s going on, be it good or bad. Doesn’t like government officials or owners of large corporations. She can be very convincing, borderline manipulative in her quest for knowledge. Hallie can get a job done quickly and effectively, although she is often very stubborn. She’s seen a lot as a journalist and is as a result slightly jaded and often skeptical about things. Not very trusting. Although she seems stubborn and insensitive at times, she is really very kind-hearted and has a strong sense of justice.

Background: Halia Talla is a reporter for The Chronicle, a major newspaper on the planet of Corellia. Halia is currently on a “vacation” forced upon her by her editor. She had previously written a story on the poor working conditions of a large company called Gencorp. Fortunately for Gencorp’s workers, the story brought up so much public concern that Gencorp was forced to improve the workplace AND raise wages. Unfortunately for Halia, Gencorp was one of the major funding corporations of the Chronicle. The company was furious and threatened to pull its funding. A few months later, Halia learned from a contact that the Gencorp workplace was falling back into its original state. She tried to investigate but was barred from entering by armed guards. Her editor later refused to publish her article, despite her demand that the people needed to know what was going on. He “convinced” her to take a vacation for a while until Gencorp cooled down a bit. Ever a journalist, Halia has chosen to use this vacation as an excuse to look for story ideas on other planets. She dreams of someday starting her own newspaper.

Personality: Not quite a conventional Jedi Master, Callia is quick to act, swift to find a way out of anything that her height doesn't keep her trapped in, and easy going around nearly everyone. She's quite attuned to the Living Force.
Skills: She can usually see a way out of anything, can see a reason for everything-- a very logical person, with a tendacy to get out of trouble as fast as she gets into it.
Weaknesses: She relys very heavily on her Force-skills, and her abbilities to get her out of anything-- thinks that by being a Master, she's not in as much danger. Plus she hates looking ahead.
