Located in FF7
Resting on a shore of an ocean to the Western side of the world map lays Wutai. Materia is banned here. The city looks like in the modern days of China and Japan, holding a pagoda for the Gods. Citizens here know the ways of the ninja and master in the arts of swords.

The Helicopter flew into Wutai after the short flight, and landed on the ground just out side of the city. Brieze clambered out, thankful for the ground beneath his feet, and the two brown paper bags behind the seat.
Now, where is that guy Raptor was talking about?

Either he's the one Raptor talked about, or he's a mind-reader. Let's hope its the former.
"You know alot about me, but I know nothing aobut you. Care to enlighten me?"

It was at this precise moment that Riaan climbed out of the helicopter.
Well, tumbled would be a more precise asessment. ((Not how you spell that word, but at the moment, I don't care..)) He'd somehow managed to get one of his feet caught in a seat-belt as he was about to step out the door, and it all sort of went downhill from there. Literally.
As his narrator was muttering about Enlightenment and the World of Sight and stupid metaphores by Plato, Riaan was attempting to recover any little bit of dignity that he had left. He brushed off his pants, straightened his jacket, blew a longish bit of hair out of his eyes, and abruptly noticed that there were people around. This revelation was followed by something like a cough, while the culprit shuffled his feet around like he knew what he was doing, and leaned mock-casually against the side of the copter, until he realized that his shotgun was no longer in his hand. "Ah, for all the..."
He reapeared from the rear of the chopper, more gracefully this time, shotgun slung over his shoulder like it had never left. His eyes wandered a bit, and the sound that escaped his lips was something like a laugh.
"Heh..."

The man fliped off his hood revealing spiky red hair "Axel."

Amara walked down the streets of Wutai. She was supposed to be here to meet someone, or get something. She didn't know. They didn't tell her anything these days. She stood, dressed in a stylish black pantsuit with sandalled heels and a white camisole. She wore a pair of large sunglasses. Her hair was in many small braids, and twisted impeccably up into a french twist.
She was still trying to sort out her past, and thought that taking this job would bring her closer to her father's killer, or atleast to the people who nearly killed her. She was a model and dancer, and now a secretary/escort? And turk? What a job change. She saw what looked like a chopper landing in the distance, and decided to head over and check it out. Mabye they were her contacts, if not...then mabye they could be of some use to her. She checked her purse to make sure her weapons were in there, and got onto a sleek black rental car, towards the chopper.

"Riaan here happens to be a good friend of mine. Where he might lack in finesse, he makes up for in ranged combat, so no wisecracks. Axel, huh? I don't need protection or a baby-sitter. I was just told to come here and find the temple of healing, and say I was sent by Tifa."
Brieze examined Axel's hair. It was firey red, and was spiked like a gauntlet. He wondered if it was natrual or not, cuase if it was, his mom was a brave woman to birth him naturally.

"Spill it...who are you and where did you come from?" Amara said, out of the blue, crossing her arms and waiting. She was hoping these were her contacts, or atleast that they had what she was looking for. She was sure she could pry it from them if she tried. She took off her suit jacked and rolled up her sleeves to her elbow. She'd kick off her shoes in an instance if she needed to fight. She held her purse, incase she needed to reach inside and pull out her storm bracelets, or if needed, her small pistol.

Brieze sized up the newcomer. She was small, but lean and built, much like he was, and she looked very familiar.
Where did I see that face?
"I'm Brieze."
When she spoke, it all made sense.
Oh, no. They had a child? I knew this would come back to haunt me.
Brieze immediately regretted naming himself, but perhaps she didn't know the name he gave himself. And maybe it would rain money, too.

"Can't even afford my shoes...I'm keeping them off so that I don't dirty them by fighting you...although these shoes probably cost more than half of your inventory...." She said, smiling a bit sort of holding back a laugh, her accent making her words sound a bit sing-songy.
"I'm Brieze." His voice hit her like a brick, and Amara immediatly turned to the origin of the introduction. Why did he sound so familiar? Who was he? Why did she feel like she knew him. Why does his name sound so familiar to me? Who is this guy?
"You look like SOLDIER to me..." She said, before adding, "Against my better judgment i'll enlighten you as to who I am..." She smiled. "I'm Amara, member of Turks and personal escort to the President." She bragged, smiling.

Breize's heart sunk. He had told his name to the very organization he was rebelling against. He had already blown his cover, might as well explain himself.
"I was SOLDIER. I left Shin-Ra Corp. Five years ago. My registration is 95-XE, nicknamed OverDose. Are you going to report me for insubordination? I have no wish for a conflict."
I wonder what gave me away, my posture, or the general issue Buster sword?

Riaan whistled.
Bang off way to sneak to somewhere safe. I'll just wander over here and shoot myself in the head, if that's all right with you all...
Unfortunately, he was already embroiled in this whole mess, so no bullets were in his future, this day. Against all better judgement, he took a step forward.
"Uh, hate to break up this happy little.... confrontation," he turned and addressed himself to the woman, Amara, "but is there something you need? Or can we go on about our business, like civilized people?" He lifted an eyebrow. "Your choice."

"Although I would love to show you the way civilized people do things...unfortunately, I am here for business, and am not in the mood to dirty my shoes." Amara said, returning his look. "But first off, what are a member of SOLDIER and....whatever you are....doing flying around in Choppers and sneaking around Wutai?" She asked, raising an eyebrow, and crossing her arms. Her Carribean accent made her sound more like a friendly islander than a cold, calculating TURK.
She then looked at the other one, the one who introduced himself as Breize. There was something about him she could not place, she'd make it a point to ask him. "Why do you look so familiar..." She said under her breath before asking outloud, "So, you gonna answer my question or just stand there and stare?"

"Why do you look so familiar?", he heard her whisper. He chastised his hearing, and wished he had used an alias, but no matter now.
Brieze pulled a small card out of his pocket. It read: "PRESS PASS. MORNING MIDGAR."
"I'm a simple photographer who's just here to cover the distubances here. Just being an Ex-SOLDIER doesn't pay the bills. And I'm no longer affiliated with Shin-Ra Corp. So, you would understand that I'd rather my presence here not get around. I have enough trouble with your pals Reno and Rude. I'm also here to relax my mind abit. With everything going on in Midgar, I need some time to unwind."
Or at least, that's half the reason.

Amara raised an eyebrow while listening to his reasons for being there. She looked his Press Pass over closely, she was trained to tell forgeries (or so she was told), but it seemed legit to her. But an EX-SOLDIER being a phographer, now she had seen everything....
"YOur not with Shinra, but you know my associates quite well, it seems....why would they want to cause you trouble, what are you hinding from?" She asked, smiling slightly. She believed what he said, but some stuff didn't add up to her. First off; if he wasn't involved or at odds with Shinra, why was he hiding?
"I'm also here to relax my mind abit. With everything going on in Midgar, I need some time to unwind." She smiled a little bit more; now that was alot more believable.
"Don't we all?" She said, laughing a bit. "Like I said, I'm not here to fight, I'm here for business. I only know I need to meet some people, I need to get something, and I saw your copter fly in, and there aren't many of those in Wutai, unless their Shinra...for all I know, I could either; A, have to meet and escort you for some strange reason, B, make an exchange with you, C, pry it off of your cold dead hands, or D, look for someone else, although your the only one standing out enough to draw my attention." She said matter-of-factly, as if she was reading from a peice of paper.
"But hey; if you ever plan on taking the stealthy approach, let me know and I'll take notes...." She joked, crossing her arms. She could gauge his words by how he responded to these sentences she spoke. If he was entirely who he said he was, he'd have no problem answering it. "Are you sure I don't know you from somewhere, mabye a long time ago?" She asked all of a sudden, the fact that she seemed to recognize him (and this wash't the feeling you get when you recognize an old friend) was disturbing her greatly.

"Hold on, Axel."
Brieze listened intently. He wasn't intrested in letting Rufus know his favorite project was just in his reach.
"Well, to answer your questions, Reno and Rude are intent on bringing all Ex-SOLDIERs back to Shin-Ra, as if it were their personal vandetta or something. Don't know why they're so persistent on me."
Brieze had no trouble keeping his tone and face normal, he was trained to do so with ease. He hated lying, but better to lie to her than to apologize to Rufus.
"To answer your others, A, Some one already arranged an annoying escort for me." He tilted his head at Axel. "B, The only thing I have of value is my life, my Buster, and my katana." He valued his weapons as much as he would a limb, and they were as important to him. "C, No disrespect to you, but it would be a while before you could pry water from a SOLDIER's dead hands." He was sure that she had her own unique style of fighting that works for her, but he doubted the chances of her victory over him. "D, Since I don't have anything you're looking for, you must be looking for someone else. Sorry." Do I really stand out that much?
"Hey, why don't you come with us? You might find what you're looking for if there are more eyse looking."
