((Ok, this is going to surprise those who hasn't seen ROTS. I hate being in the middle.))
[Launch the ship into hyperspace, Cluge. Leave the jedi behind, take us away from here. Only I can help you find her, and they will see me as too dangerous to be left alive. You know this to be true.] She's right. They'll kill her. I hate sucking up to Sith. Cluge didn't want a confrontation with the Jedi, if they saw him helping Myth, they'd label him as a traitor. He had to do it before they arrived. The time was now. "I'm sorry, Xaria." Summoning the Force, Cluge pushed a gale of energy at the Zeb'rak, knocking her back. The Tusken stood and walked into the cockpit next to the Sith. "Frogive me." He flipped a sensor to seal them in with a glass bubble and punched a button to lower the blastshield. He strapped himself in before initiating the countdown to launch. "This is a temporary truce, Myth. Know this." Guilt flushed into him. Why am I doing this? I'm betraying my on friend. Cluge shook his head and started the ten second timer. Blood is thicker than water, he thought, repeating a Tusken proverb as the small pod left into the atmosphere. "If I'm going to be traveling with you, I request my lightsabre back."
((To space?))

((Eisley is having a vacation from the compy. Don't ask. She gave me permission to mod her.))
Eisley was startled at her companions voice. She hadn't really excpected him to speak. "It's fast enough, I suppose. Stars Collide is it's name. A treasure for any being let alone a Jedi." They had reached the landing platform where the cruiser stood waiting. The Twi'lek punched in the access codes and let Gari walk aboard in front of her. She began to warm the ship up for flight. "How long have you known Jendana?" The words had no sooner left her mouth when she saw a streak of light fly across the sky. "Hmm, I wonder what that was."
((Modship over.))

Xaria felt the ground tilt and come out from under her, and with a clear sense of purpose she let the Force carry her out of the ship to land in catstance on the ground. Then she stood even, and looked up at the departing ship. Wind blew from the passing of the drives. Good luck, Jedi...Cluge Was there hope for him? She got the feeling from their last exchange that he almost needed to feel the dark side, to make his own decision when so much had hung on his mother. That is if Myth's true ambition was to find her... Xaria paced away from the landing site and sat down, drawing her tattered cloak around her. Soon, she knew, her Master would be here. The Force aided her meditation.

Myth smiled inwardly to herself. She knew the jedi would've had enough mercy to keep her alive long enough to tear everything she knew from her mind, then pity her and attempt to drive her to their pitifully weak ways through kindness and mercy.
But the tusken-- No, the human, she corrected herself-- didn't need to know that. He was playing straight into her hands as it was. "Then it is temporary," she remarked, "but know this. A truce with a sith does not come lightly." Indeed, it comes darker than all.

Gari boarded the ship carefully. "Years or so. We nearly grew up together." His eyes followed the light in the distance when the Twi'lek spoke of it. "Hey ah, what's you're name? Master right? That could be a ship...or an animal. Cloud, maybe. Ship, maybe." He settled himself in the co-pilot's chair, not expecting to stay there long.

((M'kay, I'm lazy, so I'm not going to post this as Rhis, but this is his post...))
Rhis waited quietly for her around the corner, having heard he old calm in her voice, and the underlying worry and distress. But she was holding together, and that was all that mattered. He stood leaning against the dark wall until he heard the other’s footsteps take off in the other direction, then stepped around the corner to intercept Jend before she could take of down another hallway. He put on the smile that he often used to keep his mother at bay and caught her arm.
“Leaving already? Without saying goodbye or anything?”
Her eyes smiled as she reached out and hugged him, hanging on for a second before pulling back. “Tell father there was an,” she paused, searching for words, “emergency. Goodbye, Rhis.” And she was gone, moving as fast as her limp allowed.
Rhis bit his lip as he walked back down the hallway towards his room, where waited his pack and blaster. The door slid open before him, and he sank down on the bed, for what he hoped was the last time. He checked the pack, knowing everything was there, but nervously running his fingers over everything anyway. Standing up, he holstered the blaster, moving it around until it sat comfortably.
It won’t be goodbye for long Jend, I have to get out of this house, same as you. You take your escape, and I’ll take mine. Sith, Jedi, or no, I’m coming after you.
The door slid open before him for the last time, and the chill wind blew dark hair over his eyes. He took a deep breath, and stepped out into the street after his step-sister.

((Yet another, but this one's actually Jend... *dies of confusion*))
It was raining; harder than she thought she’d ever seen it rain on Corellia. It came down in waves, like the ocean and the sky had somehow switched places, and gravity was wreaking havoc on the change. It blurred her vision, and there were times when she could see nothing but the torrent of water that rushed over the visor protecting her eyes. Her blindness didn’t worry her, however. It was on nights like this one, when the clouds made it dark enough that a person could not see Corellia’s bright stars that shone somewhere above the black clouds. As she flew through the darkness on the back of a speeder; the wind and rain lashing at her body, she could feel everything. Sight didn’t matter. The rain stung her unprotected face and soaked through the vents in her gloves, freezing her hands to the handles. She could feel her mother’s arms around her waste, feel the calm that seemed to radiate from the lithe form. In those moments of freedom, everything seemed perfect. No, it was perfect.
Jend opened her eyes and leaned her head against the cool wall of her old home, feeling the rain on her face, the sharp bite of the wind. Freedom cannot last forever. She hefted her staff and pushed away from the wall, memories, emotions all locked away safely behind the black veil. She no longer were the veil to cover the scars; they were a part of her now, small payment for a life she had lost – that could never pay the full price the loss had lain on her heart. The veil gave her security that nothing else could. Something to hide behind, her focus point. Plus, as Kayden so often pointed out, it was a great conversation starter.
The path she took toward Eisley’s ship wasn’t straight. It could have been, but Jend had a feeling there was someone following her, keeping deliberately far enough behind that she could never catch a glimpse of him, but she had that feeling. Once she finally arrived at the landing pad, she took one more glance over her shoulder before boarding the ship, shaking her head at the nothingness that stood in the open space behind her.

"It's Eisley. Only my fellow Jedi call me Master." She smiled at the boy. "To tell you the truth I'm still getting used to the title." She checked the ships intrument panels to make sure everything was running correctly. "In all honesty I'm trying to get used to a lot of things. Everythings changing so quickly." Her voice dropped an octave as her thoughts flitted to Xaria. She felt the dark presence and the undecided one. "Myth and Cluge were on that ship. That boy is going to be knee high in Bantha poodoo if he's not careful."

So much intrigue. Thought Gari. I could get used to this again. Then, intrigue, that's a good word. He dug the sheet of flimsi out of his pocket and wrote 'intrigue' on it. After this he looked up, to see maybe Jendana's return, maybe more trail of the ones Eisley mentioned. He saw neither. "Come on Jend. That message was wanting quickness."

"I'm here. Let's go."
She let her pack drop to the floor, then sank to it herself, cross-legged, with her staff across her knees. Her hands ran along its smooth surface, tracing lines up and down its rounded edge.

Eisley punched in the access codes and Stars Collide gently lifted off the landing pad. They flew over the city as the Master tried to get her bearings. This was no Coruscant but it was still densley populated. She landed on the pad near Xaria and motioned for the others to stay in the ship.

Waiting, Xaria realized, was one of the things she hated most. There was just something enfuriatingly...variable about it. She sat straight, her palms flat against the ground, clearing her mind-- The meditation chamber was quiet and dark. Just the place for her to return. "Eisley. What are you doing?" The young girl tried to ignore the voice but she sounded like she wanted to play. "Come on we can have some fun. Get out of this boring Temple for awhile." The 12-year-old Twi'lek shifted uncomfortably on the cushion, trying to reach inside herself for the peace Master always said was there. "Eisley, come play with me. We'll go to the city." The Padawan stood and stretched. It wouldn't be so bad if she went to the City for a little bit. No one would miss her. Another vision...this one a rather unexplained look at Eisley's childhood, the Force said. And then--there, a ship on the horizon. Xaria stood, waved, and backed off the place where the ship would be coming down, wary of stray radiation in a low-tech 'port like this.

Eisley set the Stars Collide down as quickly as she deemed safe and hurried out of the ship. She grabbed Xaria by the shoulders and looked her over. "Are you all right?" The Twi'lek carefully inspected her Padawan for any new bruises, saber scars, or lacerations and finding none she pulled her into a hug. "I was worried about you. Come on you can explain on the way back to Coruscant."

<Space. > Xaria smiled, ruefully not resisting the rather enthusiastic hug, because she truely was incredably glad to see the Master. "Hyeh, I worried too. Not that we havn't been seeing eachother..." She caught Eisley's eye as she moved further into the ship, hoping that the message about the visions would get through. She knew the blue--dark within black skin--of her eyes was showing both relief, genuine gladness and fear-anger. What had she seen?... <<I'm gonna be gone the next week or so, so Master you can godmod me just following people about and stuff while I think over what you're hopefully gonna say in the next post. This means Gari's gone for the time to, but he can think as well. >>
