LOL! I agree...well, here's the deal, my appwentice - I read your story, and I will PM you after I get back (on Monday). You're one of five people who wanted me to read something for them this month...! I love it, but it takes time.
While I'm gone, here's a few things to keep you busy: 1) Find me on Dark Lords. I'm there! 2) If you have time, make a randomish signature and PM it to me.

Master?(or since I am in the army, should I call you 'sir'?) I am here on the training board as you requested. Waiting for further instruction, SIR!

Sir is fine...*rolles eyes* My special Ops troop calls me 'Mom'. In revenge I call them children. They are off-limits as far as commanding troops. You will be given your own batallion to start.
But first I want you to do some basic training and solve this military problem:
The enemy has ten thousand foot troops, two J3d1 masters and one squadron of x-wing fighters.
You have five thousand foot troops, 3 ion cannons, and two At-Ats. You are the only Force user on your side.
The enemy has left you one escape route: to the rear of your troops. You have no transport ships and all long-range communications are closed off to you. The enemy is ready to engage in battle.
What do you do?

I would tell my troops to fight to the death SIR! We would man the ion cannons and AT-ATs and take out the enemy's ground troops. I WOULD FIGHT FOR MY REPUBLIC , SIR! One question, sir. Isn't this the Clone army?

....The clone wars have passed and the Empire has long since been formed. You are fighting with the last of the clones now. Even if you decided to defect to the Rebel alliance you would still need this training.
Not exactly the best answer...Perhaps I should have specified that you need to come back with as much of your men as possible...if not all.
Try this again. This is not, perhaps, the easiest thing to answer. It is to test you ability to command and not your "Death or Glory" instinct.

Oh, sorry sir. If that be the case, then I would have a few troops man the cannons and AT-ATs, to even the odds a bit. Then I would take some troops through the escape route to bring more reinforcements. Good answer, sir? Keep in mind, sir, that I have never studied battle plans or anything like that.

That is much better. Keep in mind I"m only using Imp troops because that is what I have to work with. On completion of your training I think some of us force users can send you back to the Clone Wars time.
You should start researching some battle tactics. The Earth General George Patton would be a good person to learn from. He was one of the most brilliant Generals America ever had.
Also learn to 'think out side the box'. Come up with something unexpected play it through your head and see if it would work.
I would like one summarized strategy used in World War two by any General or Feild Marshal and see if it would still be practical for your ground troops.

Thank you, sir. I will start researching WWII, sir. I sort of have a lot of school work, though, sir, but I will try to get it done.

I feel... bored... sigh... my Padawans have abandoned me. Redrose, admin request to either translate or remove the other language stuff in your signature, MEI could be deleted for the breech of the TOS and other languages. I don't know if that's quite enough to remove us, but it's still... yeah... heh.

Hi Master! Sorry about the whole "abandonment" thing... My sister Redrose is apparently in the clone army, and I'm a Jedi. She's always standing behind me, and she knows Episode Three by heart. I begin to fear for my safety. *shakes fist at Redrose* Hey, I can SEE you with that EMP Launcher back there! Don't even THINK about it, or I'm telling Mom!
Ahem.... Shall we train, Master?
*blocks blaster shot with lightsaber* I SAW THAT, REDROSE!! GET BACK HERE!!

Mwhaha. (coughs) Hello, Padawan number... uh... (counts on fingers) Force, Shade, ED/Spaz... I think that's it. So you're Padawan 4. Wow. I'm like Luke here, or something.
For your first task, my Padawan, I want you to find and recite me the Jedi Code. And then find a couple of random ALIASES to exalt and PM me their names and who you think/know they're aliases of. In the meantime, I shall contemplate tasks for you to enhance your training.
Do you have a scanner?
