I think you need to go to other planets first so your guys get better. Or you could stock up on MED packs...Orget a force user to heal your guys .And also use your best guys like Bastila and Zaalbar or something like that.

But I'm kind of stuck where I am. I start out with full health, and we're just not strong enough...*sigh* I'm thinking I'm not a high enough level, but there's nothing I can do about that. It's me and Bastila and Mission, who's kinda useless.

My lil bro has a GBA gameshark and it doesn't activate the codes on the newer games he has. He couldn't upgrade his Game Shark through the support disk (gee he's really picky on his words....-_-') Any Idea for what he should do or where he could get info on it?

My sister has defeated KotOR so I can somewhat help on that. I suggest with Bandon to use Force speed to run away fast.
But I'll be most help with the Malak battle at the end, unfortunately. Heh...
I also can help out with the Hobbit a bit.

If anyone ever needs it, I can help with almost every Zelda, Metroids, Tales of Symphonia, and a few other Nintendo-ish games. I don't own any non-Nintendo system though, so I can't help much with those.
As for the GameShark, well, if I were to offer any advice, it'd be this: DON'T USE IT! Most o' them Game Enhancers deals can easilly mess up your game. They can be fun, and often are, but you risk minor or major damage to your system/games. I had a Game Shark for the N64 once, and had some pretty cool cheats on it. Once, I used it for The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask, and it messed my game up. Every time I booted a file up, errors popped up on the screen and I started at the final boss without ANY equipment save my sword and shield. Had to erase all my saved files to get it working. Plus my other games were freaky while I used it...
But if you really want to use the Game Shark, try searching for codes online for the games he wants to play. You enter these codes in manually, though I can't remember if the Game Shark saves them to it's memory or not. Also, some Game Sharks have diferent versions. So some codes may not work for his version. And even then, certain games have different versions too. Ocarina of Time, at least on the N64, has three different versions. So it's really just a pain to me...I'd rather just play the game normally.

shieldzup, if you want to get those cheats working (though I suggest you try without the first time around) you have to add this line to your "swkotor.ini" file found in C:\Program Files\LucasArts\SwKotOR Under [Game Options] in the swkotor.ini file type: EnableCheats=1 Then when you get back into the game you can press the ~ key and type in the cheats.
Otherwise, just go elsewhere and get experience.

MFB, if you know so much, maybe you can help me.
My grandmother owns the original Nintendo game system, and my brother and I like to play on it sometimes when we go over there. But we have trouble with one of the games: The Adventures of Link. We can't do virtually anything, 'cause we have so little experience. Maybe, if you could give us a few hints, it might help.
I think we're doing OK on the Legend of Zelda game, though...

AoL...oh how I hate that game. Sooooooooo hard...tis the only one I never beat myself. I got to the end just fine...till my friend HAD to beat the boss for me. Oh well..
Anyways, A couple of things to help: first thing to do, is go to the little forest north of the castle where you start. It's only one square. As soon as you step in it, the battle screne will pop up, and you'll fight off a few keese. After beating them, grab the bag that's lying on the floor (do this by attacking it with your sword). That should give you an instant upgrade if you're at the start of the game.
Another helpful thing is to go to the town of Rauru, which is east of the castle, nearby a larger forest. If you talk to people there, you should find a lady that will introduce you to her father, He'll give you the magic spell "Shield," which temporarilly halfs the damage you recieve.
This should give you enough experience to take on the first level. You can get to it via a cave north-east of Rauru. The cave it pitch black, but there's only one tiny enemy in it. You can sorta see it scurring across the floor if you look close enough. The temple is northeast of the cavern exit, and isn't far. That should help you on your way.

*sighs in relief* So, it wasn't just us... we thought maybe we were just having individual trouble... like, no one else had trouble with that game. Heh... thanks bunches! Next time we'll try that...
Heh... my aunt has played LoZ plenty of times, so she marked just about everything on the map that she has... we... *grins sheepishly* We use that to find stuff... Including the labyrinths... and the magic bracelet and stuff like that... *blushes*

Do you know how many years I had that game and couldn't find level 2? I got it when I was 6 and couldn't find the second temple till I went online and found the cheats when I was like...11. And only a year ago, I finally beat adeventure 2 of the game. That makes it the longest lasting game of my life: 10 years. Though it wasn't like I was playing it non-stop like most games, it was and still is the most difficult game I've ever played, mostly due to the fact that I couldn't find anything.

Anybody know a relatively easy way to get leveled up in KOTOR? Or exactly what level one should be at to beat Bandon?

KotOR 2 or the original? If it's the original then I always auto level up.

You have to kill guys... heh... yah... .... .......................... dots!!!!!! I'm weird!!... Hey, if anyone needs help on an assortment of SW and LotR games, my bro and I can help out... Data: I have noticed that you use ellipses quite frequently. Good for you. Data: Why am I your co-author? Oh, just so I can torture you slowly and painfully. Data: I cannot feel pain. *rolls eyes* Quit being so technical. Data: But I'm an android. That is what I do. Why are we having this pointless conversation? Data: Because, to quote... "Pointless is good." YOU USED AN ELLIPSES!!! *points wildly* I'M WEIRD!!!!!!! YAYAYAYAYAYAY!!!

Like she said kill guys. You get experience(xp) for everyone you kill, then based on that you level up, and the powers you choose in the level up menus go up. I'll give you the details: When you have the level up arrow on your character icon, click on the character icon(or press "p") then click level up. It will bring you to a different screen where you can click 3 options. Choose the first and then click the plus arrow on the abilities you want to be better at. Once your points are used up, press ok and go to the second level up screen by clicking the second option. You can choose the force power you want or get better at the ones you have. Once you're done press ok and return to the base menu again, then press done.
