Umm... okay, rephrase that. What site comes up when you first turn on the internet on your computer? Sorry... I've just been wondering for ages, so I thought I'd post a thread on that. I have www.barrowdowns.com on all the screens I use on my computer, or mom's computer... heh. Nope, not MEI! I have BD! (shakes head) I have no clue why I never changed it, but BD it is, and BD it'll always stay... So, what do you have? MSN? Star Wars.com? Fanfic.net?

I've got Yahoo, because I share the computer with my family. If we all had our way, Redrose and I would constantly be changing the homepage in a large, epic computer battle. She would probably make the homepage Neopets.com or an anime site, whereas I would force it to become MEI or BD, or maybe Council of Elrond. Much blood would be shed.

I use MSN Explorer, so I always get MSN. But on my normal browser I have a game called Space. I have to use the normal browser there because of the insane number of popups.

Rightclick the icon for Internet Explorer, select Properties, and you're there.

Mine's Google, which is boring. I think I may change it to MEI, although it's useful if you need to search for something quickly. And as soon as I get on MEI I just stay on for a while then leave...

The only thing with putting it on complex stuff like that is it can take time to load.

Heh... I suppose that's the point with BD as mine... it loads fast... and I can use something amusing to stare at while deciding where to go from there...
We have google on the other computer now, and it bugs me... hey, does anyone know how to make your IE font on Win 98 smaller? I'd love to make MEI's text about size 10... has been driving me up the wall... and Jan...dow... somehow managed it! She had it all tiny on the other computer! And I got used to that! And...
*panicks and runs off of a cliff*

If you have a scroll wheel mouse, then hold down ctrl down while scrolling to chance text size. There's gotta be a scroll mouse attached to one of your computers, I think.

*gasp* You went into help files? I despise them. But, in the off chance I find something, it is helpfull. Of course my computer used to crash everytime I opened them up.

Yessssssss, the scrolly mouse trick...or you go into "View" and "Text Size", for those without scrollies.
I can't stand large text for inordinate periods of time...drives me batty...
