((back to subject here))
Master Vrook answered Ben's question. "Her homeworld, in trouble it is, but a more urgent task is befalling on your party. The quest to stop Malak, to you it has been chosen for. The first step to find Malak, is to retrace his steps from his apprenticeship."
Master Vandar spoke next. "We have always known about this burial site, but we always felt this dark presence in it, so we left it alone. But, with Malak at large, we tried to see what was in there that he and Revan wanted to see."
Vrook continured. "Nemo, we have sent, but he has not returned. Investigate this you must."
"Bastila will accompany you, and another of your party to make sure you get out alive. Do not take unnessecary risks," Vandar said.

((Bro thats not how vrook talk's man))
Ben was puzzeld about what master vandar said. Nemo was a good freind of his while he was training he often resoted to nemo when there was something he dident understand about the jedi order......but missing? On the same quest they were about to embark on? How would they have any luck on the misson when a jedi master couldent. No. Ben thought that's doubt like seareth said doubt would eat away a mind....and if you feel it to push it from your mind.... Ben cleared his mind the best he could but was still troubled, he made a mental note to ask seareth about it later. "Thank you masters we will depart right away." Ben walked off thinking Now who to take echo or sabba?

Sabaa narrowed her eyes at what she had heard. Could they be serious?! She thought the prospect of her planet joining the sith would have them finally go into action. But apparently she were wrong...one of their own was more important than millions of others. Her fist clenched and she tensed up. She was angry enough to kill everyone in this room, but that was unhonorable, and therefore she didn't even bother (not to mention they were jedi). She could feel her angry rising off of her like steam, to force sensitives, it would be like a red aura.
She looked to Ben, wondering what to do. "So what now?" She asked, trying to hide her anger.

"I'll stay behind. I've been put on the injured roster U.F.N., so take the girls, and I'll get the ship ready."
Echo really didn't want to go in creepy tombs, but he didn't think he would be able to if he did want to. He also didn't want Ben's questions about his past.

Ben took saba to one of the sides of the room and said "Saba i know your angry but....i dont mean to speak against the council but if it were up to me we would allready in the ship headed for your planet. So i swear this when we are able to wtich will be soon we will head to your planet and stop this tragity before it starts...you have my word."

Sabaa nodded, calmly now. "Alright, we'll do that." She said, quietly so that only Ben could hear it. She then thought of something. "Do we need anything?" She asked, she didn't have a ship, but she had many credits to her name, so she could use them to help their journey.

Post by Prince Nemo Dakkar Shashida on Sept 29, 2006 10:39:50 GMT -5
Prince Nemo Dakkar Shashida, future ruler of Firdaus, and admiral of their star fleet. But to these people, he was "no-one". They had no clue who he really was. Today, he wore a long cloak which was connected on his left shoulder, and draped down. Under that, he wore light pants tucked into a pair of well made boots, and a leather-ish cuirass, which made him look quite intimidating. He also had a hood on, and a cloth that covered his mouth.
The doors of the enclave were thrown open by unseen forces, Prince Nemo marched in with a company of perfectly synchronized and coordinated men, also in long cloaks, but with sabres at their sides. Prince Nemo's weapon was hidden, normally, when in his royal clothes, he would carry the ceremonial sword of his bloodline, but today called for something a bit more "special"...
He ignored the threatened stares of the occupants, and comes to an abrupt stop in the council room, raising his hand so his men stop just behind them. "Enemies of Firdaus must be destroyed...either your with us, or against us...your jedi ways won't save you...not this time..." He said, in a voice distinctly different (more threatening, think Batman and Bruce Wayne's voices; same guy, different voice) from the one he had during the council meeting he had just had hours ago.

Echo eye the newcomers. THey looked well trained, but thier leader looked overconfident, cocky.
"I can't speak for the Jedi, but I know the Republic's defenders don't deal in absolutes. Who are you and your troupe?" He said the last word with a little sarcasm. Very subtle, like the type he used when aressing officers with an attitude.

"So you've got a sense of humour. Luckily, so do I." He chuckled a bit absently for someone on a rampage. But soom his eyes burned with rage. Was he mocking him? He must not know who he is. He also noticed something interesting, next to another man, obviously Jedi, was another Kier. He wondered if she was a captive, no self respecting Kier would ally themselves with this group.
"I represent the Planet Firdaus. You do not need to know who I am...It will be pointless when I destroy you." He answered, slowly pulling back his cloak, to pull out an, until now, concealed weapon. "This "troupe" is a small fraction of the highly trained army of Firdaus...an army who represented your so called "Republic", who bested the Mandaloreans, and have defreated every opponent they have come accross."
He then laughed suddenly, "I sense a bit of confusion infused with fear. You don't know if you could defeat us. Many former Kier Jedi join my personal force. It was the "Force" which just blew your doors off of their hinges...I could have this whole planet blown to dust with a wave of an arm." He said, walking around to circle the man who had addressed him. "You have no regard for authority..." He said, itching for the chance to pull out his favorite weapon, the double-bladed lightsaber.
This time he laughed even louder before adding, "But a defender of the Republic you say? It is wise to accasionally ignore absolutes, but it is the grey that makes us weak warriors. And it is not wise to reveal yourself as a republic defender these days, as you have probably known, Kier do not take well to the lies wich are the Republic."

Ben jumped the distance of the room in one leap and stood not 12 inches from the intruder. "If you think you can so much as touch anyone in this room.... or the republic for that matter...." Ben ignighted his saber "Then you'll have to get through me first." Ben put on the most determend look he could and looked him straight in the eye.....mentaly challengeing him.

Echo put a hand on Ben's sabre and lowered it. He stepped toward the Fidaurian.
"I know my kind are not welcome, but I have as much right to breathe as your race. I don't give shik about who you are or where you come from. My respect for authority is earned by those who are capable. You get all the respect you earn from me. So far, you have none."
Echo noted the Kier's lightsaber. Echo was in no condition to fight, but his jaw worked just fine. He didn't like this pompous and arrogant princling brat, but he might be a possible ally.
"I do not deny your power, but I perfer to look at the situation this way. A wise man once said: 'Absolute power corrupts absolutely.' I think your power has blinded your race into thinking that all those without ablilities like yours are inferior, and are either put under your thumb, or smashed under your heel. I've seen the same attitude before in my days with the Republic. You know where?"
He stepped closer, challenging, but not provoking.
"From the Mandalorians. Don't be so quick to conquer a race you hardly understand."

Post by Sabaa Kerbasi on Oct 6, 2006 11:29:28 GMT -5
"Oh no...." Sabaa whimpered while trembling, something which she never did. For once, she was worried. Why did it have to be him? "No---" She tried to stop Ben before he had jumped the distance between himself and the Kier. She mentally kicked herself for not stopping him when he practically challenged him. She knew that they didn't exactly know who this was, or what he could do. And everything seemed to be going so well....
She winced at man she had figured was called Echo's words, as wise as they were. They were in for it now. She didn't want to fight her own Prince and commander. That would be treason, she could be exiled or killed for that. Not just that, but she knew he could probably best many in his room, she could feel it. Why was he here? Who told him to come here? She was confused.
"From the Mandalorians. Don't be so quick to conquer a race you hardly understand." Sabba knew what was coming. She could already feel the anger beginning to circulate; she wasn't sure who she was angry at more, this man for saying what he had just said (which would probably insult any Kier because of their overwhelming pride...) or that this important, VERY important member of her race had to storm in and possibly ruin all she had managed to do. Her anger and fear rose off of her in waves. And if she was barely angry, he was probaly incensed.
These people had offered to help her planet, allthough she disliked jedi and the republic, she saw honor in those actions, and was beggining to think that she might have been hasty in judging the whole group based on the selfish actions of a few rougue Jedi and republic members. "You fool! Do not fight him...we can't win this! Show respect, please!" She said loudly, lowering her head in a respectful bow, still trembling. He could force choke her, or kill her from there if he wanted. "You don't know the repurcussions if we fought him." She said, still scared. They din't know the true significance of this. He was their young prince, if they were to somehow hurt him, or kill him, then that would mean war with Firdaus, and probably their Mandalorean allies. That would bring their Republic to it's knees, and kill many. It would also convince the moderates that the Sith were right all along. It would give the extremists a martyr.
That is what scared her. Many young men in power think in complete absoulutes, she probably would be seen as a traitor in his eyes. And he was younger than most, forced into that position after the death of their King during the battle over Malachor. This man was dangerous, he felt more like a sith than any of the jedi in this enclave. She was truely frightened, she didn't expect this. What could she do? She couldn't fight her prince...but what of these people who offered to help her? She couldn't let him hurt them either. For once, a Kier would have to play peacekeeper.
"My Lord...mabye were after the same thing?" She whimpered. But she could sense that he was full of dark energy. He probably fell to the sith and didn't even know it. That is what happend to most Kier former jedi these days.

Post by Prince Nemo Dakkar Shashida on Oct 6, 2006 12:03:25 GMT -5
"Then you'll have to get through me first." Nemo saw a man, most likely a jedi, jump the distance between to him, and look him straight in the eye as he drew his lightsaber.
"If you want to compare sabres...." He said, pulling out his double bladed sabre. He expertly twirled it, Prince Dakkar hated simplicity when it came to lightsabres. You didn't show power through simplicity. He was sure that they knew what a double bladed sabre meant, dispite the unusual silver color of the crystal. "I was also trained in YOUR jedi arts...by some of the best in the galaxy." His pride was overwhelming, but not misplaced. It took a very short time for him to reach an area that took years for others. If it weren't for the attempt on his life, he could have tought others.
He saw the first man he had talked to lower the sabre of the other, and speak directly to him, stepping forward, quite bravely. "Race is pointless to me, it just creates barriers. The republic is not a race, but a disease which plagues the galaxy, and must be wiped out before it can destroy other worlds. You would think that a Kier warrior would know that...but apparently she's not a captive. You do not have the skill to brainwash a Kier...she is a traitor to deal with you in matters which do not concern you." He said, his sabre still lit. He circled the man, and laughed loudly.
"Respect?! Ha! You do not know to whom you are speaking! I am surprised your friend over there is not on her knees begging my forgiveness. Respect is not earned by illusions of eloquency, or jedi hesitation, or republic hypocracy. It is earned with an iron fist. And power, only the truely powerful know this." He said, first as if he was laughing at a good joke, then as if he was full of rage.
"From the Mandalorians. Don't be so quick to conquer a race you hardly understand." His blood boiled, how dare he insult Firdaus? Did he not realize that two of the people in this room were Kier, and that he could lose a valuable ally? Oh well, he could show her the hypocracy that is the republic if he just kept on talking. But he could aslo sense that mabye all of this talking was meant to buy them time. He wondered where they were going, to stop him? To stop his master? To attack his planer?! He had to know.
"Do you not know why you are still breathing today, and not in a Mandalorean prison camp? Because of the blood of OUR people, your planets were kept safe! Many of us did not believe in their massacres, we thought the republic deserved better. But now, I'm beggining to think they had the right idea on how to deal with you...." He said, lowly and gravelly, nothing like the smooth friendly yet intelligent voice he saved for official business, or when he was not in disguise. His skin, although dark like all Kier, was strangely pale, as if he was sick. This was something that happened when jedi fell to the sith. But it could not have been a sith who had trained him, who had told him to come here. He wondered if they noticed his strange complexion.
"But forgive me...I do not feel like fighting today, it would not be fair, me against all three of you...you would be outnumbered. I shall over look your disrespect and her treason, if you tell me what you seek to accomplish here." He smiled, if it weren't for such a horrible reason (and the cloth covering his face from his nose to his neck), you could say he looked friendly and approachable. "But don't try to lie...I know your jedi mind tricks well, and know how to use them. Or I could pry them from her...I'm sure she would tell me..." He said, before lowering his lightsaber, and crossing his arms, which looked comically like a spoiled child waiting for some credits or a toy.
