"I am eager to meet this Master Skywalker. Aside from Mace Windu and Depa Billaba, he is the only Jedi I have heard of." *Kira couldn't help but smile, taking the girl's hand. She was about to leave when she stopped a moment, looking to Akysa. She sent a Force- nudge to the akk, signaling for her to remain nearby outside the temple... and not kill anything. She wasn't sure if the akk would follow the last part of her orders, but she didn't have much choice. She didn't think it would be appropriate to bring such a vicious creature into the presence of a powerful Jedi Master...* "All right. Take me to Master Skywalker."

Rin tried to slightly calm herself as she led Kira up the steps, I must look like an idiot "I don't know exactly where Master Skywalker is at the moment, but we'll find him." She looked back, "The dog, was he yours? I've never seen that kind before."

*Kira nearly glowed with pride when Rin asked about her akk. Her Korun accent was thick as she tried to explain.* "Akysa is an akk dog... The perfect predator and only native to my homeworld. Her armored hide is so thick and strong that she can repel almost any kind of attack including blaster bolts and blades. Akk dogs and my people have coexisted for as long as we can remember. They protect us and our herd from the jungles in return for our affection and keeping them safe from Balawai. Nearly everyone among my people is bonded to an akk through pelekotan."

Rin whistled and said, "That's amazing! What are the Balawai?"

*Kira realized that, while she knew little about the galaxy beyond Haruun Kal, the rest of the galaxy probably knew less about Haruun Kal.* "Balawai is the term my people use to describe the residents and visitors that are not native... Not Korunnai... We used to be at war with them, but that was before the Jedi stepped in. Now we live at peace, although there are some on both sides that still wouldn't like to pass up the chance to kill each other." *She tipped her head a centimeter to the side, a Korun shrug.* "It is complicated. Only the eldest among us can remember the Summertime Wars or the Jedi. It was long before I was born."

Rin simply said, "Oh. Why did you leave Harrun Kal? Could you not find anyone to train you in the ways of the Force there?"

*Kira shook her head lightly.* "None of my people have training in... the Force. We are all born connected to it. I am told that this is because we could not survive in the jungle without it. Anyway, parents pass on a few tricks to their children, such as calling and bonding an akk, but our ways look ridiculous compared to the power and might of the Jedi... or so I'm told. When the elders realized that I am stronger in pelekotan than the others, they began to tell me stories of Depa Billaba and Mace Windu. If the stories are true, then what I can do is nothing. Only one of our kind has ever reached power close to that of a Jedi without training. I'd rather die than become like him. The elders agreed that letting another Korun grow so powerful without Jedi training would be a disastrous risk... So here I am."

"How did you get here? I mean, Harrun Kal isn't exactly next door."
((Where is Master Skywalker, Tiana?))

*Kira tipped her head again.* "It wasn't easy... But living in the jungle, you pass a number of valuable plants every day. I collected for a while and managed to trade them all for passage."

<<sorry about the not so cool language, but its very "her-type" character, since all her interactions with people happen in places like spaceports fill;ed with scum>>
POP... POP... Silvrae snapped out of a daze... immeadiately... POP... "CRAP!" she shouted and leapt out of her crosslgged position on the floor sending her startled krii running into the cockpit behind her... she was in space, nothing new, everything seemed the same the same. Her destination still set for the end of the universe, the other side of space... there were no flashing warning lights, no loud alarms... yet. they would be up in a minute. But Silvrae had been in this ship as long as she could remeber. and she KNEW when there was a problem with her ship, long before the wire network could pick it up and send the signal to the control center, and set off the warning reaction. Quickly she emerged from hyperspace above a small planet, or moon, or asteroid... something... she had no idea where she was. Her krii, pawed at the floor sensing her nervous master. Silvrae breathed heavily, and began pressing buttons and flipping switches to descend upon this place... it was better then being stranded in space... Silvrae knew all too well the many horrors of space, spending most of her life in it. Finally a loud ring followed by flashes of light started. "crap!" she yelled at nobody again. knowing for sure now that things were bad. POP. "UGH!!!" She quickly set some destination points on the computer praying that the problem was not in that ficinity of things... it seemed to be more of a motor problem anyway from the sound of things. She rushed into the ajoining room to get her black cloak. She pulled the hood down well over her eyes, but the thin material allowed her to see out, while no one could see through to her face. She put on her boots hastilly. and felt the ship jolt as it met with gravity. and then- POP, POP, POP... her sholders sagged... unfamiliar noises were NEVER a good thing She raced back into the cockpit but before she could do anything the ship dropped. just plop, no gracefull landing, just FLOP BOOM... she was thrown to the ground and rolled right back out of the cockpit. "oh smell" she sort of sighed... slowly she picked herself up off the floor, there was pain shooting through her back and legs, but she was sure it was nothing too bad. She quickly checked over the completely nervous and confused krii. She seemed to be in the same state as Silvrae. "At least thats good... well, stay here i dont know what this place is like, k?" Krii were exceptionally smart, she was sure everything would be ok with her... Silvrae made her way out of the ship and looked around thogh her hood. She was glad she had the hood as a sheild-- it was light out. TOO light compared to space... she seemed to have landed in a feild, and there was a temple type thing nearby... she thought to herself, "the location isnt too bad, feilds are nice... but the civilization isnt preferable... if there IS any..." She didnt see anybody yet, but the place didnt seem abandoned either, everything was pretty well kept...after sighing and mimbling a bit about the situation she made for the temple type thing in hopes of finding acceptable sentients who might let her quickly repair her ship...
<<sorry that was so long, i needed to get my whole intro in, i promise i wont do them all like that!>>

<<mimbling, lol...Master Skywalker is bouncing, he will see you in a moment. LOL!>> Cy turned and dashed down the stairs and into the bright outside. Her pupils contracted; she felt the movement. The sun and Yavin lay crisp light over the foliage and the two young people just entering. "'Morning!" Cy said, and took up a spot on the grass beside the landing area, pulling her lightsaber from her belt and taking a few opening stances with the blade remaining retracted. The Force said...some one unfamiler was coming? Cy looked back quickly to see whether Luke was following and then took a step under the shadow of the jungle. There was an animal, roaming about beside the ships...and a Force-bond. "Hey!" Cy called to the two girls she had passed. "Is this animal yours?" The one apprentice she recognized vaguely, the other she didn't at all, and a new ship had arrived. And birds called in the deep jungle... Two strange things. Cy looked into the jungle again. "Hello! S'there a Jedi out there, you need help?" The Force was weak but present within the one making a way toward them.
<<THE, I'll take care of some of your grammer.>>

Rin just realized that the Jedi who walked past them was Master Skywalker's daughter, maybe she knew where he was. "Wait a sec," She told Kira before turning around and asking the Jedi, "Um, Master Skywalker?" She didn't remember the young lady's name, so she'd have to play this by ear.

Cy turned. "Wha? Me, I'm Knight Skywalker." She smiled broadly, one part of her mind still reaching out into the jungle. "You need something?

"Oh, um, Knight Skywalker, do you know where we could find Master Luke Skywalker?" Rin felt that Skywalker's attention was drifting elswhere, and she could feel someone else coming.

Silvrae heard people talking... happy, cheerful... she wrinkled her nose some, wondering what strange place she had found herself in, but none the less, quickining her pace untill she saw the people about. She pulled her hood down making sure it came safely below her nose. She turned and yelled to the krii, standing by the ship, "Stay there no matter what; I dont know what type of interaction this is gonna be." She then trotted up closer to the people, hoping her black cloak hid her completely, these didnt look like the type of people she was used to seeing, and just to make sure there was no tricks she stayed tense and alert, one hand on her blaster in casae there was any traps or funny bussines. She was now withing hearing range of all these people... but no thought came to mind of what to say, she thought to herself, "just let them make the first move, we'll see how this goes" and she didn't think it in the most polite condition either... I'm not caring for this situation...

Morning occasionally brought heavy mists over this region of Yavin IV, sometimes blanketing over the destruction that the Yuuzhan Vong had wrought. The noon sun had burned it away, though, giving Jacen an opportunity to view the scarred landscape over again.
He would take walks into the jungle when he had the chance, enjoying the feel of the cool, moisture-laden air against his face. Some walks would only take him back in the early afternoon, like today's.
Upon circling back, he spotted his cousin Cy, one of the apprentices, and a newcomer talking together, as well as someone else approaching the group, hidden within a dark cloak. Jacen reached out with the Force, discerned no particular danger sense, and so changed his path to intercept the stranger. "Good afternoon," he called.
