I hope not...Star Wars has already started to get milked for all it's worth in the cinemas...the real tragedy is that if they were making another one, I'd have to go see it anyway. NOOOOO!!!
ME TOO!! *dies*
I'm looking forward to that series...a lot of good TV has been coming out lately, and even if it's not headed by particular people we fans wish would get their act together, it's going to have to be competitive to stay onair. Now I'm gonna have to scedule taping that and Doctor Who...

When I said they're finished, I meant in referral to GL's announcement that there would be no more movies in particular... (cries) I don't WANNA see the series. But I have to! (insert Wilhelm scream here)
They aren't basing the series on any of the movies' characters, are they? Because I would die of horror...ack...must research to make sure...
EDIT: Look what I found.
merauder writes to tell us BBC News is reporting that the new Star Wars TV series is set to run at least 100 episodes. From the article: "The series will be set between episodes three and four of the film saga. It would cover the 20 years in the life of Luke Skywalker growing up that remains a mystery to most film-goers. McCallum said there would be 'a whole bunch of new characters' and the series would be 'much more dramatic and darker.'"
About Luke's life? Ew...drama then would be really annoying because you gotta assume his life was boring or the whole dreamer-gets-a-Plot setup isn't half so awesome. *sighs* I thought it was gonna be about other characters, new ones mostly, in that time period.
Eh. I agree. I shall moveth it. I know know the truth of the Legacy comic series: they will be set quite a while after Dark Nest, will feature a kid named Cade Skywalker who is indeterminatly unrelated to Our Heroes, there will be a group of Sith who look Maulesque and believe they are saving the galaxy, and I will not read it.

Show one: Luke fixes vapoizer.
Show two: Moisurizer is attacked by a small rodent who chews through cord. Show is spent with Luke trying to figure out what's wrong.
Show three: Uncle braits him for breaking it.
Show four: THEY FIX IT!!!!
Show five: There is a cloud. People throw party.
Show six: Darn! It broke again.
*shakes head* No ..... They shouldn't do that. They're trying to eliminate plot holes in the most boring fashion so we can't fix 'em. And of course, being Luke, he will have been in trouble/ having adventures his entire life. *shakes head* Not realistic or feasible. He's sposed to be an unadventured backwater farmer.... like Tiana has...
WE WILL BOYCOTT YOU MR> LUCAS!!!! WE WILL HAVE OUR REVENGE!!!!!!
