((Planting objects? Following around? EEK!! IT'S A CONSPIRACY!! *runs around in circles* But really...what's going on that I didn't hear about?))
Elachi gathered up the items and stood ready to follow Lania out the door, now beginning to feel more of a sympathy toward slaves than he had before.

//I don't know what's going on either, dearie. What's happening?
Morgoth- I have succeeded in making you confusing.
Shadow- Shut up.//
Lania walked out the door, a steady ring to her footsteps, and understanding of what was going on completely lacking in existance. The sith found herself thinking back, and wondering...
Should I go back or not?
Those thoughts didn't just mean to her ship. Lathania- Shadow- was afraid. "All right, Kyrie," she said in a low tone, once out of the store building. "Now you can use that locator."

((Okay, Eisley...what are you cooking up? *grins*))
He took it into his hands and studied the old thing. From a closer look, it had definitely seen better days, but was still managing to function, despite however its appearance might wish to contradict that. Elachi wiped some dust off of the transmitter and flicked a small tab on the side, watching the screen. "I suggest we put it to use once we're back outside the city. There's too much interference here; besides which, it was never made for urban searches."

//Tell me or I'll blast you into three million pieces! *pulls out a clone of darth Maul* I'LL KILL HIM , I TELL YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Morgoth- [snags clone] No more caffeine for you!
Shadow- [pouts] But it's 2:11 in the morning...//
"Very well," Lania murmured, unaware that the narrator was calling her by her real name, thus implying that she was no longer a darksider. She also had no idea of the current developments half way across the galaxy conserning her and her fate. All she wanted now was to go home. And where is that now?
She took the lead thoughfully, leading the way out of the city quietly, saying nothing more than what was needed to remain in role as a master, and to direct Elachi. She trusted him by that point, enough that she knew he wouldn't run away, and knew he wouldn't stab her in the back.
And that emotion in itself left her afraid.

o O (Ahhah!! Someone has been reading Eowyns pms!!! Or at least knows my weakness. *snatches Maul and hugs him close* "You're back!!!!") X'riea laughed as the couple walked out of her shop. "Real cute. A Jedi and a something or other. Hope she appreciates all that work I went through to get that Sithmajiger. Holly plant or whatever."

((...A SITH HOLOCRON??!! *faints*))
Elachi followed her out of the city silently, fingering the locator in one hand. She still seems strangely...light. The way she acts. It's not something I can ever remember seeing in a darksider. He paused in thought. In fact, I've seen crankier Jedi. And she says she's Sith?
He decided he might be crazy, or even suicidal for so much as thinking of it. But perhaps I should invite her to return with me to the Temple.

//How could I read Eowyn's PMs? (innocence)
A holocron? Are they implying i'm not a very good sith? *coughamnotanywaycough* AAAAHHHHH! (faints) NOT THE HOLOCRON! "In fact, I've seen crankier Jedi." Is he talking about himself...?//
They finally reached the edge of the city, finally coming to a place where she could stop and breathe for just a moment. And that Lania did, taking in the scents of the planet, and the lack of the force. Maybe I should stay here. Id' be safe, away from possibility of being sensed in the force, away from anything... they couldn't find me here if i didn't want to be found...
She closed her eyes. An action that seemed to trusting for what she made herself to be. But Lania didn't bother opening her eyes-- still oblivious to the fact that the narrator was calling herself her real name-- when she spoke again. "We're outside the city." A cold, icy tone. Emotionless... "Now we see if that cursed device was worth what I paid for it." Eyes remained closed. I have his lightsaber still, but he could choke me if he wanted to.
If.

((Heeheehee. No, he's not WITTINGLY talking about himself... By the bye, I like your new screenname. Also...what does the holocron look like?
And your post suddenly brought to mind:
Leia: Now we see if the code is worth the price we paid.
Han: It'll work. It'll work.))
Elachi kept himself silent, feeling instinctively that now would not be an ideal time to start light conversation. He brought up the device again, pressing the tab once more and angling it towards the area where they'd passed through the forest.
He frowned. "There's heavy interference, but it seems to be picking up something that's about the right size for a ship. We'd better move closer; another half kilometre or so, and I should be able to pick up a better reading."

//Translated from the elvish, means the Shadow's End. Snrk. The conversation in mind was intentional.//
"Or so," she murmured, dropping a hand to her lightsaber, and opening both eyes to scan the area. "Will you want your weapon back, Kyrie?" A low voice, not meant to be overheard by anyone who could possibly be nearby.
Lania watched his work carefully, glancing up once briefly at the scanner he held. The interferance was heavy-- she would be glad to be off of the forceless planet.

((Heh heh heh. Thought so. And that's a good name.))
"I would appreciate it," he replied in just as low a voice. "But perhaps that should wait until we are fully out of view of the city."
The scanner hazed over for a few seconds, then returned to the ship's supposed location, static-filled as it was.

//I know. Snrk.//
Lania narrowed her eyes. "Then we should make haste. I dislike being here..." Though I don't really want to leave. It's safer.
At least we know where my ship is. Perhaps I should just let him have it and make him drop me off in one of the cities... something... anything... She dropped her hand to the lightsaber worn at her belt, sighed slightly.

((*cackles* We're all far too perfect to be conceited.))
Elachi started walking into the forest, back into the unknown with a (perhaps unreliable) mechanism of a guide. But he supposed they would see how things would work in due time, if her Sith nature didn't seize hold of her somewhere along the line and do away with him permanently. So he trod cautiously, more than just in walking, keeping his expression blanketed over with a mask of slightly stoic resignation.
Closer to the end now, one way or another.

///shaddup, or i'll smite you, my son. We all know I'm perfect... snrk.//
She trailed after him silently, steps blazing the Myrkr woods with the sense of danger erupting within a distant place. At times there were brief flickers when Lania almost thought she could sense the force, thought she could feel the universe around her...
But she knew it was all a lie, pretend. The planet was completely cut off from contact of a power far beyond it; in a sense it was dead. There were distant rustlings in the branches as they grew further away from the city; for a moment she seen a furred lizard scamper through the branches, and at times she thought she could hear the breathing of predators.
Finally Lania spoke when she thought it safe. "Would you like your weapon back now?" She felt only slightly off guard...

She unclipped the weapon from her belt, holding it out to him loosely with one hand, the emiter pointed towards herself rather than the taller jedi master. "Nothing," she said narrowly, glancing away from his gaze. "Nothing's wrong."
Even without the Force, that was a far too obvious attempt to dodge and Lania regretted it immediately.
//Gee... little miss Calthye did that to him all the time. "nothing". Heh.//

Elachi took it back, securing it to his own belt and noting the way she'd handed it to him. But, as usual, the cynic in him spoke up. Was it really a gesture of trust, or does she want you to think that?
He batted the question away. "I'm sure you'll understand that I'm only trying to ensure the situation doesn't get out of hand before I know what's happening."

Well, he should get used to it. -_- After all we're planning on marrying them here to. You really owe me for that reply button.//
"What could get out of hand," Lania countered, "when there's nothing here to actually get out of hand." and i want to see you again to feel your arms around me to look at my son and not have him see me as an enemy to not step into the force and fear that an old sith master will return to haunt me and not step terrified that you're going to take your lightsaber and cut me in half right now right here when i'm at this weak point and i want to runrunrunrunRUN! Mental babble took control for a moment, and she fought to keep it from showing on her face.
why can't he just kill me theres nothing more left for me here or there or anywhere cluge's safe he's a jedi he won't stray he can't and you know you'll never see obi-wan again so why can't this cursed tall jedi just strike me down...
